Optima-CG

Optima-CG is a laminar flow operating room designed to meet the needs of today's health facility operators.

Thanks to its circular base, Optima-CG provides airflow without turbulence, while reducing energy consumption thanks to a lower airflow.

With the highest levels of air cleanliness and compliance with international standards, Optima-CG offers high levels of performance with reduced cost of ownership.

The preconditioned air is filtered in the Optima-CG system by high quality HEPA filters and directed to a special dual layer chassis (called CG Air Diffuser) on the operating table with an air velocity of 0, 25 m / s.

This double-layer CG air distributor produces a stable unidirectional air flow.

Contamination in the work area is captured directly in the airflow and discharged from the room at ground level by lint separators.

Leak test (DEHS test); determination of the clean zone (at rest); loading test to determine the degree of protection; turbulence degree tests; as well as other requirements of all international standards such as DIN 1946-4, ÖNORM H6020, SWKI 99-3, HTM 03-01, etc.

Air distribution box

Constructed of aluminum foil, hermetically welded. Disinfectant resistant varnish: RAL 9010 fully varnished underside. 4 pcs. Rectangular ducts with flange for supplying fresh air, welded laterally to the distribution box.

 

Filter grid

Fully welded and in addition to the connection grid-side wall sealed with polyurethane to pass the tightness test. Both the air distribution box and the filter housing are gas-tight welded to the contact points of the given sheet (no sealing with silicon or the like).

 

Filter receptacle

All components of the filter element receptacle are made of stainless and anti-corrosion materials. Airtight sealed aluminum air filter inlet, airtight with two-component polyurethane dispensing box. Compression measurement connection to examine the pressure drop of the filter.

 

High efficiency particulate air filter

The filter medium is made of folded fiberglass filter paper with spacer of the thread range, the filter medium and the frame being closely connected. The solid filter frame is made of aluminum and is equipped with a profiled EPDM washer. The filter exchange occurs from inside the room after replacement of the CG Distributor frame.

 

Air distributor

CG Distribution frame in aluminum profiles, covered on both sides with a special fabric; subdivided into distinct elements of large area; downward removable.

 

Boot Illumination (optional)

Installed in the air distribution box above the transparent CG dispenser. Built as double optical protection class IP 20, T16 technology with main electronic connection device (dimmable optional). Wiring outside the air distribution box with shielded cables, by separate lamp mounted on a common terminal block in the cabinet. The terminal block is accessible from inside the room after removing the cover.

 

Curtain (optional)

Height, for example 600mm. Secure the polycarbonate curtain installed around the sterile air dispenser. The CG frame can be removed each time without reinstalling the installed curtain. The corners of the curtain are combined with special profiles in anodized aluminum.

 

Potential balance

The potential balance connection is mounted outside the air distribution box.

 

Border angle

The air distribution box has an integrated rotary connection angle for the connection of the intermediate ceiling.
