The DF-TV7-T is a multispectral infrared flame detector using three wavelengths. The DF-TV7-T detects carbon fires, it offers the best solution for the detection of fires generating a lot of smoke (bad combustion).
The DF-TV7-T Multiflame is designed to detect hydrocarbon fires by minimizing nuisance alarms.
The device offers different types of outputs and can be used on SIL 3 level applications. It can be interfaced with a large number of fire, detection or PLC plants.
The detector can be fully parameterized using the wireless communication terminal (TLU) or optionally via HART (R) communication, offering great flexibility to the user. The response time, the sensitivity, the configuration of the outputs are adjustable with the TLU usable in hazardous area.
Testing of optical, electronic and output parts is also possible with the TLU.
